How do I return an order to supplylinkusa.com?
We are sure you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if an item proves to be defective within 30 days of the original purchase, our policy is to replace the product at no cost. The item & packaging must have been kept in new condition in all aspects other than the defect.\
To return an unopened item within 30 days of purchase, there will be a restocking fee of 15% and the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. The packaging must be in original condition & the item must be over-boxed (placed inside of a shipping box) before shipping it back. We do not accept any returns after 30 days of purchase.
If you mistakenly ordered the wrong item and would like to exchange it within 30 days of purchase, but the box/cartridge has already been opened, the restocking fee is 50% and the customer would be responsible for the return shipping costs.
If you mistakenly ordered the wrong item and would like to exchange it for the correct product and the box/cartridge is still sealed with the manufacturers seal in place, customers will only be responsible for all shipping charges associated with the replacement and no restocking fee will be charged.
To return a product, email, or contact us for a return authorization number. Any products returned without an authorization number will not be accepted.
Is there any way to track my recent order?
We will send an automated email confirming your order which will contain your order number, tracking number, and other purchase information. If you need tracking info on an order and can't seem to find the confirmation email, simply email a tracking info request to us with your order number and 'tracking info' in the subject line.
How can I make a change to my order or add more items to it?
Once you've submitted your order, it's important for you to know that in-stock items are generally processed for shipment within 24 hours. If the purchase is made on a Saturday or Sunday, your order will be processed the next business day. Contact our customer service department by email or phone to request a change in your order. If the order has not been processed, we'll gladly make adjustments to ensure your order is processed as you intended!
What is your backorder policy for items that are out of stock?
In the event an item is temporarily out of stock when you place your order, we will check with our distributor and then contact you with an estimated ship date if it cannot ship immediately. Note that we keep many items on order, unless you instruct us otherwise or unless the manufacturer informs us the item is not available.
Can I place my order by email, phone, or fax?

When will my credit card be billed?
Your credit card will first be checked for proper authorization with your issuing bank, and then it will be charged. This happens when you complete your order.
Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
We only charge sales tax on orders shipped to Utah addresses.
What do I do if I forgot my username or password?
If you forgot your username, please give us a call (801-294-0080) and we can look up your username. If you have forgotten your password, there is a link on the my account page to reset your password. Simply fill out the form and your new temporary password will be emailed to you. If you now have a different email address than you previously used to shop on our site, please create a new account using your most current and accurate information.
What is your policy for returned checks, insufficient funds, and declined credit cards?
Checks returned for insufficient funds may be charged up to a $100.00 service fee, depending on the amount of the original order and associated bank fees. If your credit card is declined, we will notify you immediately.
How can I order a product that I cannot find on your website?
You can send us an email or call our customer service department to see if an item is available for us to ship to you. No item is too far out of the question for us to try and source for your office needs.
Do you ship to other countries outside of the USA?
Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the contiguous 48 states at this time.
Can I use my own shipping account number for my orders?
Supplylinkusa.com has a working relationship with FedEx and will only ship on our account. We offer competitive rates on all expedited methods of shipping (3 day select and quicker). If you or your company would like to have an order expedited, please do so by either placing the order via e-mail or by calling 801-294-0080.
What is a CCV number and why do you require it for purchase?
CCV stands for Card Code Verification. The CCV number is a three or four-digit number on your credit card, in addition to your account number. This number was created to help protect you (and other merchants) from credit card fraud. Essentially someone must have actual possession of your credit card to make a purchase online/over the phone. We require the CCV number on the credit card so that someone with just a credit card number is unable to use it. This number is not stored on-line or retained by supplylinkusa.com.
